Moved out of Spain May 2024? Do I need to file any tax or financial declarations?

(I’m taking a multi-prong approach to my inquiry by searching for a professional, but would appreciate any helpful info on my situation given some bad experiences with "experts.")

TL;DR:

My wife and I moved from Spain to in May 2024. We had no Spain income in 2024 or 2022-23 when we were tax residents. Do we need to file a tax return and/or asset declarations for 2024 given that we weren't tax residents in Spain for 2024 and had no income there?

Additional details:

Our income was from the US while were were tax residents in Spain. It was reportable and affected tax brackets, but under the US-Spain tax treaty, it wasn't taxed. In 2024, personally completed and filed our modelo 100, 720s (foreign asset declarations) and 714 (wealth tax) declarations for 2023 because the "experts" I paid to handle 2022 tax year filings were either more ignorant than me, procrastinated till the last minute so that there was no time to review their stuff and correct mistakes, or both. After moving from Spain, we each filed a modelo 030 with AEAT declaring a change in the country of tax residency from starting May 2024, so before 183 days, and submitted EX-18 forms through the Spain consulate in Bordeaux deing as EU citizens living in Spain.

I came across this FAQ on the AEAT website regarding who has to file a modelo 720 which may or may not say we have to file them for 2024 (deadline has ed, so penalties await and I'd rather not file and pay penalties if we don't have to file the forms in the first place) and may or may not presume that we have to file personal tax returns:

AEAT FAQs on modelo 720

Initially, I thought this was fairly clear, but now I'm baffled by the wording (it is a machine translation on the AEAT website). The question posed presupposes that someone has to file a tax return for the partial tax year and so also is subject to modelo 720 filing requirements. I can't find anywhere discussing who has to file a personal tax return, though. Of course, if we had Spanish income while we were residing in Spain in 2024, there would be potential tax liability, but we had no such income. Since we are not tax residents of Spain for 2024, Spain doesn't get to tax (even if only to then credit it under the tax treaty) our worldwide income. The modelo 100 does not appear to be suited to reporting income in a year someone isn't a tax resident. Other forms for non-resident tax declarations (the modelo 149, I think) are not suited to reported non-Spain income and are instead designed to allow non-Spain residents to report Spanish income and pay taxes on that Spanish income.

Any thoughts?
