I have lived in the UK for 5 years and now I have been living in for 2 years, but I don’t speak French and I want to learn it.

It might also help if you could indicate what sort of classes or program you are looking for for learning French. If there are some language schools in your area, you may still be able to sign up for a summer "intensive" program to get you started. Otherwise, you may wind up having to wait until September, when things like classes and clubs start up again after vacation season.
