DIY electrical wiring in Spain guidance

Hi, I have an old property in Spain from 1917 and I need to put new wiring in. I have a good understanding of building electronics so I'm finding electrical principles easy to understand.

This my plan, which I have tried to make as simple as possible.

1st Floor 3 lights 15 amp, 3 utilities 20 amp, 8 power outlets 15 amp
2nd Floor 5 lights 15 amp, 7 power outlets 15 amp

So in total I have seven circuits.
I understand how to wire these up following very good youtube videos here and I have a UK electrical manual.

Radial Circuits
Lighting Circuits part 1 (had to omit links because forum doesn't accept)

I plan to buy the materials: 12 (20 amp) and 14 (15 amp) gauge wire, power outlets x15, utilities outlets and switches x3, lamps and switches x 8. 8 rose connectors and lamp fitting holders.

I will be testing all circuits with 6V battery and multimeter and get an electrician to inspect the work, connect to the breaker box, and to a certificate Boletin. I would like to do as much of the work myself but will leave the box connection for the electrician.

Can anyone give me advice and guide me in the right direction, if there is anything I am missing to comply with Spanish regulations and ing with the local council - do I need to tell them what work I wish to do before doing it?
This is my plan:

Hi hydrospain,
Can you advise me as to what Spanish electrical book I can buy. I need to the work a very dodgy but ed Spanish electrician has done in my daughter´s house. He done a full installation from meter box to sockets and switches. One of the things he has done is wire the cable runs to the dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, and immersion heater to the same breaker rated at 20 amps. I am sure that is not modern practise but I need something in writing to prove it. Thanks in advance to anyone who can assist me. Andrew

No you don't as Electrical wiring in buildings bears no resemblance to household wiring in the UK or here in Spain.

Take that from someone who did both 3 phase 600A in factories and house wiring to 15th edition a few years ago.

None of that however matters here in Spain.

Secondly, if you look at ANY Spanish system you will find each CB is balanced to not have more than the full contracted amperage on each circuit. Usually less

We have on one circuit for instance, 2 lights, the water heater, one A/C unit and the sockets in the small bedroom. The whole flat is wired with the same cable size (again unlike the Uk)

The only thing you should be doing is running the plastic (fire resistant) tubing in the walls and maybe chasing for the boxes.
You wont as mentioned above get any qualified electrician here to sign off your work. Its his (or her) job on the line and this goes back to the supplier as well.
At a stretch you could pull cables but not connect anything again because any electrician worth his salt would not trust you.

You will at that age of the original require a new DB and the connections for it. This will include the current limit switch that all Spanish installations have (for example we had the three rings on the cooker on one winter and I put on one A/C unit to warnm the rest of the flat and the trip went (not the breaker the over current trip) We contract for 5.2Kw and the combined was just under 6. Had to go without the A/C while we were cooking.

I understand I will not apply UK electrical methods for Spanish wiring :) I have done a lot of research and understand the radial circuits, which indeed makes things simpler than ring circuits. In the house I will only be using the power outlets to ran a couple of lamps or 2 lights at once. I will be consciously using energy conservatively, have a wood oven stove and gas bottle for cooking. The most power consumption will be the fridge and water heater which will be on separate circuits. All separate circuits in my plan are: 3 lights, 5 lights, 8 power outlets, 7 power outlets, 3 utilities. I think this is a good minimal design.

I will take your advice and find an electrician I can discuss my plan and get some advice.

(Edited)
First of thanks for your previous info regarding applying for licencia de obra menor at the local council for work to be done. I have since updated my design and done some ampage calculation. I found a electrical CAD program called ProfilCAD as below.

I want to make sure I provide the correct documentation details of the work.

8 light fittings and switches
10 power outlets
2 utilities outlets and switches
12 gauge wire for Lighting and power outlets (15 amp)
14 gauge wire for utilities

estimate € 300 - 400

1st floor

Breaker 1: 15 amps
Lighting LED bulbs (9-watt LED bulb = 60-watt tungsten)
9W / 230V = 0.039 amps x 3 = 0.12 amps

Breaker 2: 15 amps
Power outlet lamps
0.039 amps x 2 = 0.78 amps

Breaker 3: 10 amps
Fridge 3-10 amps

Breaker 4: need to check
Cooker

2nd floor
9W / 230V = 0.039 amps x 5 = 1.95 amps

Power outlet lamps
0.039 amps x 3 = 1.17 amps
